Service
Growth
Sprint.
A fixed-scope, three-week diagnostic that finds where your growth is stuck and what to fix first.
- Duration
- Three weeks
- Fixed fee
- €4,000
- Scope
- Fixed. No retainer required.
What you get
I review
- Your website and acquisition journey
- Signup, onboarding, and first value
- Your existing data, experiments, and assumptions
You leave with
- 5–8 growth opportunities, ranked by impact and effort
- A clear test hypothesis for each opportunity
- One execution-ready experiment, including the journey, messaging, success metric, and implementation brief
- A written roadmap and 60-minute walkthrough
How it works
Research and diagnosis
I review your website, acquisition journey, and first-time product experience. I look at your analytics, talk to you about what has already been tried, and map where visitors and new users drop.
Analysis and prioritization
I identify the growth constraints, separate symptoms from root causes, and score each opportunity by impact and effort. You get a ranked list, not a wishlist.
Experiment design and delivery
I write the test hypotheses, build the execution brief for the top priority, and prepare the report. We close with a walkthrough call so nothing is left unclear.
Who it is for
Best suited to SaaS companies with a live product and enough customer activity to learn from, but no clear view of what is constraining growth.
- Product already in market
- Enough customer activity to learn from, even if the data is incomplete
- Several possible growth problems competing for attention
- No clear agreement on what to prioritize first
You do not need an existing growth team. I run the Sprint directly with the founder or current owner of the customer journey.
What comes next
Use the roadmap
The Sprint stands on its own. You can implement the recommendations yourself or with your existing team.
Bring me in to run it
If you want help executing the roadmap, I can continue as a fractional growth lead to run the experiments and build the growth system. We scope that separately after the Sprint.
Let’s talk
Not sure what to fix first?
In 30 minutes, we’ll map the current growth journey, identify the likely constraint, and decide whether a Growth Sprint is worth pursuing.
